The Small Bowel Perforation due to Nonspecific Jejunal Ulcer

Abstract
The nonspecific ulceration of small bowel is extremely rare. But we recently experienced a case of panperitonitis from the perforation of nonspecific jejunal ulceration. The patient was a 25 years-old female, who was brought to the hospital
because
of
sudden diffuse abdominal pain. She underwent operation under the impression of perforated peptic ulcer, but it was revealed by operative finding that she had jejunal ulceration with perforation. The cause of the ulceration was pursued throughly
without
positive result. We finally diagnosed the condition as nonspecific jejunal ulceration with perforation, and we report it.
